900 litre Heavy Duty Rainwater Tank

This top of the range 900 litre tank is of heavy duty construction, designed to take knocks in a heavy traffic areas. It comes complete with a tap for filling watering cans and a rain diverter kit for your downpipe.

There are outlets a third of the way up both main sides for fitting the tap. There is a pre-drilled inlet and a drainage outlet on one end but further inlet options can be created by drilling one of the many flat surfaces around the top of the tank.

The large opening is suitable for most submersible pumps. If necessary the opening can be enlarged a little on site by removal of the flange around the opening.

Accessories

Butt/Tank Connector Kit
Two butts or tanks can be connected to create higher volume storage. This kit includes two tank connectors and a 500mm long connecting hose that can be cut to size.

Rain Diverter and Filter
When using pumps or when there is significant debris from the roof we recommend using a combined diverter with filter. Our universal rain diverter & filter kit fits all standard 65mm square and 68mm round downpipes.

Pumps

If you would like to utilise the higher capacity of these tanks for cleaning or irrigation there are two options. A submersible pump can be used such as the Hozelock Water Butt Pump. Alternatively an external pump or a simple pressure washer can be used connected to the tap or drainage outlet (extra fittings may be required).
